Study on Relationship between Autonomy of Nursing Students and Clinical Practice Satisfaction

Abstract
The nursing is the scientific studies including the autonomous, self-initiated, autonomous practice ability. In addition, the nursing has responsible for the results of the act based on knowledge but technology through the simple expert, and the it handles a wide variety of situations by the autonomous judgment of the nursing attendant without certain infringement of the authority. The educational purposes of the nursing students produce the workforce which can carry out the professional role for resolving the patient`s health problems after complete the curriculum in the educational purposes. But in the social system which rules the paternalistic values, and it has been scorned non-productively as the role of women, and the nursing was recognized as the role of women, so its` worth cannot be recognized properly and it has been recognized as the existence dependent on the doctor in the health related field. The questionnaire survey was carried out based on 223students of 3-year College of nursing in M city. It is study on the impact factors. As the results of this study, the support and act about themselves, support and act about the others had effects on the satisfaction about the practice curriculum in the autonomy area of the nurses of the clinical nursing practice, and the support and act about themselves had more effects on the satisfaction about the practice curriculum than the support and act about the others.
